While Pintresting I found this awesome recipe and had to share. I made mine a little differently and here is how.
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup five minute quick oaks (I was at work but normally would use steel cut oats)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not the pumpkin pie filling). (You can use more but Toby likes pumpkin too so I had to share).
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (bc I’m addicted).
A little brown sugar
Dried cranberries and raisins.
Cook for five minutes in the microwave. Eat. Done. Super easy and delish!
So why pumpkin you ask??!?! Because its Fall and its full of fiber, vitamin A, low in calories and DELISH!
