My husband has made me these twice now and they are AMAZING! I have to share! You can also find this recipe on the foil wrapper on Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt 🙂 YUM!
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (I am obsessed with it so I added more)
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla or Strawberry Yogurt
1 large egg beaten lightly
2 tbsp. canola oil
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Lightly grease muffin pan.
3. In one bowl mix all dry ingredients.
4. In another bowl whisk wet ingredients.
5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined evenly.
6.Divide the mixture into 10 cavities within the pan and bake the muffins on the middle rack for 22.-25 minutes.
