Hola and welcome. I can’t believe I’m starting a blog! Why did I start one? Well, there are many reasons… I want to write more. I also feel like I have a lot of good ideas and I want to share them with the world. Since I live in Texas with the fiance (almost husband) and my family and friends are on the east coast this is way for them to keep up with our hectic life.
Domesticable- do·mes·ti·ca·ble. adj., capable of being domesticated.
This is me. Capable of being/becoming domesticated. Many of my peers feel that I am already domesticated but I feel that compared to a few of the wonderful women in my life (Mom, Summer, and Sara) I’ve still got a ways to go before I can comfortably call my self domesticated.
Anywho, on with the goods. I’ve been living with my fiance and out of college for a year now. It’s hard to believe it has been that long. I’ve been in my job for six months…and we have had Toby for fiive months…again…time is flying by. You know what they say… Time flies when you are having fun. I’m an adult now and to shove me into being an adult even more, we just purchased our first home. The Lumsrell Plantation (our name for our little slice of paradise). I will post photos later.
Tomorrow we are going to our friends house for a Redneck Fest. It should be a lot of fun. Every year they throw a party in their front yard complete with a hot dog eating contest, an inflatable water slide and cheap beer. Anything sophisticated is PROHIBITED.
Well, I must go prepare for the Redneck Fest and get some sleep. 🙂
Again welcome and I hope I can keep you interested.
A special thanks to my new friend…Katie for sparking my interest in starting a blog. Her blog is awesome!!!
